This carrot, lemon, orange and ginger juice is packed with vitamins to help boost your immune system. It’s made by juicing oranges, carrots and ginger in a juicer and can be easily made directly in a blender – if juicer is not an option. It’s perfect to drink during Fall and Winter when it starts to get colder out there and your immune system needs a little boost for fighting off viruses such as the cold or flu.
- 2 oranges, peeled
- 1/2 lemon
- 1 inch fresh ginger
- 4 large carrots
- 1/4 teaspoon ground turmeric
- Pinch of ground cayenne
- Press the oranges, lemon, ginger, and carrots in your juicer. Stir in the turmeric and cayenne. Drink up!
