INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups zucchini, chopped
- 2 cups cilantro, stems removed
- 1 cup yellow pepper, chopped
- 1/2 cup green apple, chopped
- 1tsp sea salt
- 1/2 tsp cumin powder
- 1tsp onion powder
- dash of cayenne
- 1 cup avocado meat
- 1 tbsp wheat-free tamari
INSTRUCTIONS
- Blend all ingredients until smooth. Add hot water, as needed.
- Eat immediately or store in a glass jar in the refrigerator for 1 day maximum.
