The Staple Garden Salad


  • 2 cups of fresh greens
  • 1 small cucumber
  • 1-2 tomatoes
  • 1/2 red onion
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 red pepper
  • cracked pepper (optional)
  • pink Himalayan sea salt
  • lemon juice


1. Wash and dry produce.
2. Slice and dice ingredients the way you like.
3. Finish with a squeeze of lemon juice and cracked pepper.
4. Serve this salad with any lunch, snack or dinner!
5. Use this as a base easy to throw together salad. Feel free to add any other salad ingredients in too!
