INGREDIENTS

  • Organic brown rice cakes
  • Tomato
  • Avocado
  • Shredded greens of your choice Fresh or Sun-dried tomatoes

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Use a small amount of avocado and spread onto rice cakes.
  2. Layer with shredded greens, cucumber and tomato slices.
  3. Top with sun dried tomatoes and lots of cracked pepper!
