Great as a dip, on salads, sandwiches, toasts, nachos or even on top of coups!


  • 1 avocado
  • 1/4 bunch of cilantro
  • 1/2 of a lime (juice)
  • 1/4 cup of red onion
  • 1/2 of a tomato
  • 1/4 tsp of sea salt


1. Finely dice tomato and red onion
2. Place everything into a small bowl or use a pestle and mortar and combine all the ingredients gently.

It’s ready to dip!
