Easy Classic tomato bruschetta, a simple delicious healthy dinner appetizer made with fresh tomatoes, basil, oregano and olive oil.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 tomato (diced)
- 1/4 of a red onion (diced)
- 10-15 leaves of fresh basil
- 1/4 tsp of sea sea
- 1/4 tsp oregano
- 1/2 Tbsp of olive oil
- Gluten free or Rye Sourdough bread
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Dice and chop the tomato, basil and garlic (best done in a garlic crusher)
2. Using a small bowl add the tomato, garlic, basil, olive oil and salt, combine gently
3. Enjoy on a fresh or grilled slice of Gluten-free or Rye Sourdough bread
