Avo Toasts – 2 Ways

INGREDIENTS

1st way:

  • 2 slices gluten free bread
  • 2-3 tomatoes
  • Sauerkraut
  • Fresh basil
  • Cracked pepper

2nd way:

  • 2 slices gluten free bread
  • Handful of spinach
  • Green sauerkraut
  • Fresh basil
  • Lemon and lime juice

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Slice up fresh produce such as tomatoes or spinach/basil and set aside in a bowl.
  2. Toast your bread.
  3.  Spread avocado on toast and top it with the toppings (fresh produce of either 1st way or 2nd way).
  4.  Sprinkle with cracked pepper, basil & sauerkraut.
