Pesto Sauce

This Pesto Sauce it’s an absolute game changer. Since the day I made my very own pesto I stop buying it in the supermarket. This recipe is amazing!You may want to use this pesto as your zoodles sauce, a layer in lasagna, pizza, as a sandwich spread…you choose!


  • 1 cup basil leaves
  • 1 cup parsley (prevents pesto to turn brown)
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 5 cloves garlic
  • 1 TBS light miso paste (chickpeas)
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 cup soaked walnuts
  • 1/2 tsp high mineral salt


  1. Puree or blend all ingredients until smooth
  2. Mix well with zucchini pasta and serve
