This Pesto Sauce it’s an absolute game changer. Since the day I made my very own pesto I stop buying it in the supermarket. This recipe is amazing!You may want to use this pesto as your zoodles sauce, a layer in lasagna, pizza, as a sandwich spread…you choose!
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup basil leaves
- 1 cup parsley (prevents pesto to turn brown)
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 5 cloves garlic
- 1 TBS light miso paste (chickpeas)
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 cup soaked walnuts
- 1/2 tsp high mineral salt
INSTRUCTIONS
- Puree or blend all ingredients until smooth
- Mix well with zucchini pasta and serve
